WHAT IS HAPPENING AT THE PRE-PARTY?
We having the party of all parties! A LIVE DJ, Food Trucks, Mechanical Bull, Dryvebox Golf Simulator, 360° Photo Booth, Giveaways, and so much more! The Pre-Party begins at 5:30pm on Friday, October 13th!
ARE SPECIAL HOTEL RATES AVAILABLE?
Yes. Visalia First has negotiated a discounted rate with the Wyndham Hotel in Visalia. If you are needing hotel accommodations, contact The Wyndham for YA Conf rates.
Room rates are 109.00 + tax or you can use the code 101323VIS when checking out online. Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.
WHAT IS THE COST OF YA CONFERENCE?
The current price for a YA Conference ticket is $80.
Please note that the price is the same for high school seniors.
WHO CAN ATTEND YA CONFERENCE?
YA Conference is a gathering for the collegiate generation and is open to anyone who is 18-30 years old. High school seniors may attend even if they are not 18 years old.
WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION COST COVER?
The ticket includes the cost of participating in all Main Sessions and Breakouts.
ARE MEALS PROVIDED DURING YA CONFERENCE?
Attendees are responsible for purchasing their own meals during Conference. Food Trucks will be on site each day. Please see the schedule for more info.
WHEN WILL I NEED TO ARRIVE AT YA CONFERENCE?
Friday begins at 5:30pm for Pre-Party. Saturday begins at 10am for Session Two. Please see the complete schedule above.
CAN TICKETS BE CANCELLED OR TRANSFERRED?
Tickets purchased for YA Conference are non-refundable, however, they are transferrable to another individual. This is left up to the attendee to handle on their own accord.
WHO IS HOSTING YA CONFERENCE?
Young Adults Conference is being put on by Visalia First Assembly of God. For more information about Visalia First please visit www.visaliafirst.com.
WHAT IS MY TICKET TO CONFERENCE?
You will receive a confirmation email through Brushfire upon registration. This email will include a QR code which will serve as your ticket. We will also store conference registrations in our database so you don't have to have a physical ticket.
